I came over to have my breakline and caliper serviced, on the first day I came at 9:00 am and at around 3:pm on same day if Idid not approach the service manager to ask what is happening to my car I would not know that they did not have the parts I needed,I was advised to go back the next day whish I did at 8:00 amthe same situation happen, there is nobody to give me accurate information or answer,I called in from work on the said days due to their unproffesional service.I lost Two days of work and Ibelieve these prople do not even care for the accountability and inconvenienve they did to me. These actuations needs sctions in the part of the management and head office if possible to protect the poor customers that still believe and look forward to the satisfactory service of your company.

Monetary Loss: $600.
