Finally got a call back from someone after filing an online complaint and its the same as before, just another manager ignoring responsibility. Do not do business with this place.
They broke my vehicle, showed me proof they broke it, and then tried to hide the proof. They are worse than drug addicts looking for their next fix.
I've never seen a business and people claiming to be professionals who lie so much to cover up their gross neglect. If you do business here you will be dealing with scrapping your vehicle once you get it back and drive it about 50 miles.
Product or Service Mentioned: Pep Boys Car Repair.
Reason of review: they broke my vehicle and lied about it while covering up the proof the guy just showed me.
Monetary Loss: $12000.
Preferred solution: money for a vehicle to replace the one your shop broke and lied about and tried to cover it up like a crime.
I didn't like: Lies and covering up the crime.
