I got an oil change and they said that my 2 front tires were bad and that one of them had a "0" tread and the other one was cracked. We got the tires and I went home and looked and they had put on the new tires on the back instead of the front. I looking at a bald tire on my car. I go back and I told them what they did and said that I wanted it done now and that they had better kept my 2 good tires that they took off the back. When they got done they said it was too late to do the alignment then but that I should come back when they open at 8 and they will do it then. I come back on a Saturday as I work during the week, and I get there at 7:50. The store is not even open yet as the new manager did not realize that they were the one who was supposed to be there to open the store. They finally open at 8:20 and after he took care of the 1 customer who got there before me, he tells me that he is short-staffed, AGAIN, and that he cannot take my car in for 2-3 hours. I said forget it and when I told the manager, she said that I should have made an appointment. I told her when the first fiasco happened, I tried to make an appointment and I was told that they did not take appointments, it was first come, first serve. I told her that her service sucks and that I would not be back as they only got 2 strikes and they just used them up and I also said that I would tell anyone who wants to listen not to go Pep Boys. I went to Midas and they gave me a

good deal, they I will recommend.

THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A TECH THERE TO ATTEND TO YOUR CAR. AND GIVEN YOU FREE OIL CHANGE COUPON.LIKE I SAID TO THE FOLKS WITH THE A/C PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY HAS PUT ON A LOT OF WEENERS THIS YEAR.SORRY FOR YOUR BAD TRIP TO PEP.AS A GENERAL RULE OF THUMB THE BEST TIRES NEED TO GO ON THE REAR FOR BETTER CONTROL ON WET CORNERS.BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE READ THE WORK ORDER OR ASKED ONE OF THE WEENIES AT THE SERVICR DESK.BY THE WAY I DID NOT MISPELL WINNERS :sigh

I too was treated like a dog when going into this store.They would not honor our life time warranty.

We had to go back three times and they kept our receipts.

This company is horrible.Check with your governmental consumer report and follow up with a complaint.
