tire rotation has nothing to do with balancing. You did not ask for a rebalance just an oil change and rotation. Now you blame them for the issue which is coincendental but Sh...

Pep Boys - Oil Change Coupon Review

Just want to say stay on top of these guys. Printed off oil change coupon. $29.91 for high mlg svc. Was told 6 qts instead of 5. Ok, no problem. Even if I have to pay for the extra qt. Time to pay..... $61.03! What?!! Extra qt of oil is $30?? Oh...hmmm...well....punch..punch...hmm...well.... Ok...got it down to $53 something or other. SO...extra qt was really only $23 more? Oh...hmm...well....punch....punch....hmmm....well....punch.. punch..... Ok.... $31.07. Thank you.

RUDE EMPLOYEE. Pep boys on lake mead and tenaya, bought 4 tires last year, they replaced all 4 valve stems in the 1st month, still have problems with them holding air. Today i went to get air sensor light on. Waited 5 - 6 minutes, no biggie. Older man, briwn hair, glasses. He explains that the hose is broken, walk away shaking his head. RUDE

Pep Boys in Cabot, Arkansas - Bad employees

I went to Pep Boys in North Little Rock Arkansas to purchase some seat covers for my son's birthday. They didn't fit his vehicle so we took them back and I didn't have my receipt with me. When we took them back the cashier would not help until we pleaded and then he told us to go get the ones we wanted. We got the and brought them up to the front and he said that the ones we wanted were more and I said okay. I was kind of puzzled when they ended up being over $50 more. On the way out of the store I looked at my receipt and saw that the ones we returned was not on there at all. (This all happened in August 2015). I took it back in and he said well, I gave you my employee discount. I told him I would rather burn them than let him have seat covers I paid over $35 for the $13.50 discount he was going to give me. The next day I went back and their was a female cashier and I told her what happened. She acted like it was no big deal. I then noticed the sign on the counter that said "no receipt, no big deal". We accept returns without a receipt. Later I found out that when I showed my ID I should have gotten a discount also. I filled out a complaint on line and the new manager, (Ash White), called me personally and apologized profusely. He had just hired new employees. He said he would send me a 20% discount card. I didn't believe he would but lo and behold he not only sent a 20% discount card but also a $20 gift card. I was not going to go back but because he is trying to straighten out that store I will. I believe he will get rid of the bad seeds.

Tires Rotation Review

Details
Ordered tires. Arrived at 1:00 scheduled install time. Im a waiting customer. Walked across road to get lunch. I return in an hour and a half and my truck has not been done. If it takes three hours to do two tires balance and rotate. Why am i told to be here at 1:00 instead of 3:00.

THE CINCINNATI OHIO STORE ON COLERAIN AVE PUT A REBUILT, NOT NEW, ALTERNATOR IN MY CAR TO THE TUNE OF $543 AND IMMEDIATELY THE WARNING LIGHT WAS ON THAT IT WASNT CHARGING MY BATTERY, AND IT WENT DEAD ! BRAND NEW BATTERY MIND YOU. WHEN I WENT BACK WITH RECEIPT A COUPLE DAYS LATER, CHARLENE WAS VERY RUDE, I HAD TO ARGUE WITH HER AND A MECHANIC FOR 15 MIN BEFORE THEY WOULD EVEN ACCEPT MY CAR KEYS TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND, JUST WANTED ANOTHER PART TRADED OUT SO I CAN DRIVE MY CAR ! STEER CLEAR, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 500 BUCKS FOR MORE PROBLEMS THAN YOU'RE STARTING WITH !
