Car cleared for satisfactory repair by Pep Boys Auto Service. Paid almost $800.00 dollars for an overheat repair job due to a loose radiator cap, and had to return the car after stalling on the freeway to be told sensor wires must have been switched by me, then returned again by tow truck for car literally dying with complete breached engine and head gaskets blown.
The manager instructed me to pick up my car after many accusations of neglectful actions on my part. Claims department was called, no response. I was offered $200 dollars as customer satisfaction after destroying my $4000.00 dollar car.
My car is still in their parking lot at my own risk.
