I received my card and tried to register with Golvebox. After entering the information it comes back that the "VCalues entered do not match our account records" How do I find out what your records contain so I can correct them.
I went to my local store and they tried to assist but they could not.
This really is not worth one hundred words required to submit and my time is not free. But, I will give you the one hundred words required, however I only really need to have someone tell me what is in the accout records to corect them.
