We purchased two quads brand new from pepboys. Upon getting them home we noticed they both had mechanical issues and parts missing.

We picked them up at closing so when they opened we went to return them. They refused to take them due to policy. We had to send it to their repair center for review. The manager stated we would get the money back after.

Now it has been 4 months and they are still at the shop for the 3rd time. We've had the quads in our possesion a total of 4 days. My kids road them 2 hours all together.

The shop has had it more than us. $1900 with nothing to show
