I've been a customer of PepBoys for 10 yrs and was shock at how the NW Expressway OkC location has treated their customers. I had requested to have the fuel pump and gas tank replaced @ $700.00 (a little high) only to find that the gas gauge was not connected.

I re-entered to tell the rep about it only to be told to "come back tommorrow".

There should've been a red flag to go up when as I was entering the store, another customer was also standing there complaining to the same rep that the radiator flush that cost this customer $100.00 was incomplete and left him with hoses left unattached, dirty water coming out of the radiator, an over heated truck and a new tow bill after leaving the shop. This rep told him the same thing.

It seems that PepBoys doesn't check their work before taking your money.

UM U DONT UNHOOK THE GAS GAUGE WHEN YOU DO A PUMP AND FILTER

THE GAUGE IS IN THE DASH, THE PUMP IS IN THE REAR IN THE TANK
