I purchased a car battery for $80 back in May of 2011 which was under warranty for 24 mos. My battery dies so I get a jump and bring it in along with the warranty.

Not only did they try to bilk me out of an extra $20 for a 'difficult' labor fee for getting to the battery which sits right on top where there IS no difficulty, they wanted me to pay the difference between the two batteries even though the new battery was a different more expensive brand. I brought the ridiculous charges to the attention of the manager and he apologized stating the computer autotically adds charges. That was his excuse.

Needless to say I'm never going back there. By the way this one is in Langhorne, Pa.

Monetary Loss: $38.
