Technician broke tire pressure sensor in tire. Replaced it a couple days later.Light on dash indicate tire sensor malfunction.

Brought 4 tires and packege to get one free with rebate. Card from rebate center did not honor rebate because employee gave me the wrong form. Called rebate center and was informed to get rebate from store. Manager also called rebate center and informed to give rebate from store.

Manager stated that he does not refund rebates and will take care of it.

Called manager again to remind him and he said he has not forgotten and he will take care of the situation. he has not called me yet.

Monetary Loss: $129.

I need to apolize for the comment I made about Pepboys. I went to the manager yesterday and he corrected the situation.

I was dealing with the assistant manager who did not know customer service. I learned that if you appear in person that they will help you to the extreme, but ignore the phone calls.
