Pep Boys did a front end alignment, wheel balance, new valve stems, and installed new tires. I drove the car home after service. As I looked the car over I noticed the wheel cover was barely on. Upon further inspection I determined that the wheel was bent. I drove back to Pep Boys to complain only to be yelled at in a condescending manner. They insisted that I ran into a curb and that THEY did not damage the rim. This is not true. This...

The bearing on the front right side is making noise now I received no satisfaction from Pep Boys. They refused to acknowledge any liability and were rude to me and my significant other. The damage is now costing me hundreds of dollars. The tire psi was to be 50lbs when checked it was at 25lbs this was after they said that the tires where rotated. I will never buy or have service done at the pep boys again.. The pep boys is in Lakewood...

Had new tires put on a 2010 Ford Escape after being told that a flat could not be fixed. Service time was fine. Got home and checked tire pressure because car steered much easier than with old tires. Tires were cold and pressure measured near 50 pounds in all four. Adjusted to car manufacturer rec's at 30 pounds. No other problems other than an annoying tire pressure sensor fault light coming on occasionally. Told them that I never had a...
