Wrong pricing over the phone, bad customer service, said repairs would take 1 hour I am still waiting after 6 hours, and then told me " too bad if you can't wait" and then talked bad about other franchise stores, unethical, is so bad is almost funny. This is about the store in patchogue, NY

the managers had bad attitude, and even worst I was not the only customer complaining about bad service at the moment.

You know that feeling when people lye to you and even after you realize it, they would not admit it, and they treat you as if you had mental problems...

Monetary Loss: $400.

I used to work at the Patchogue Pep Boys and I'm glad I don't work for that company anymore. They're greedy and don't care about their customers and they treat employees like ***.

Stay away from them and go to an independent shop. At least they care more about their customers than pep boys ever will.
