I went to pep boys on street rd, bensalem pa.i was trying to buy a tire that was leaking fast and could not be plugged. .(inner wall )..they told me they were out of my specific tire , but OXFORD VALLEY pep boys had it..I had a GOOD experience at STREET ROAD.i raced up to Oxford valley (stopping every 15 min) to get air..when I BOUGHT, my tire , LESLIE, a service dept worker, told me they would not mount tire because it was getting late , it was 6.35pm on a sat...then he told if I take the tire off myself in parking lot they would do it!!! I asked for a jack and he told me (sorry) can't help you with that!! They left me and my friend stranded 15 miles from home...BUT let me use air machine to fill up tire to leave the premises!! I just want to say I will never, ever BUY from that store AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Pep Boys: Worst Customer Service Ever!

I purchased a radiator from them through EBay . The radiator had a large sag in the aluminum core. I emailed them to ask for advice and assistance. They did not respond to my emails, then they rejected every review I wrote even though I made sure to follow their own guidelines. I will never purchase another thing from them. I will also happily tell anyone that mentions their name what a poor, poor outfit they are and how they seem to care little about the people from whom they gladly take money. Surf the internet to see all the complaints. Given all the negative reviews, I'm surprised this company has been able to stay in business.

Pep Boys In Merritt Island, FL...AWFUL!

Brought a vehicle in to have new tires, they ruined ALL four wheels! Beware! Manager was *** enough to suggest I had hit 4 different potholes with each tire. The most horrendous and incompetent level of customer service I've witnessed. A complete day wasted! Previously had used pep boys to give gift cards to our children as stocking stuffers. But that may be reconsidered depending on the resolution. Perhaps it's simply the couldn't care less attitude of that particular manager, but really? Why would anyone want to bring their vehicle to a shop that is not truthful, careless, and unknowledgeable about what they are supposed to be in business for?

Pep Boys is a joke, management is a joke. They do not care about the customer only up selling every possible thing. Stay away from store 132 located in Charlotte NC. Tony the service manager is a snake and a certified *** bag, will smile in your face and stab you in your back. Leslie the store manger is a *** *** and doesn't know a thing besides what her corporate lover john tells her. Just a bunch of puppets. Scums of the earth. Piece of *** managers.

Went to country club store in mesa, az and employees had very poor customer service. Joe was taking care of me and answering the phone at same time when I asked to take care of me he was rude, he even rise his voice very loud. Pep Boys - Online order/ customer service incompetence

Placed an online order for a Hurst shifter 98644720. Received package that looked like it was shipped all across the country multiple times and opened at some point. Shifter arm had to be polished back to life. I would have sent the whole item back but was forced to use it to drive the car. Shift *** was missing from packaging. Tried calling customer service, was hung up on once and then transferred to a random store who could not help me. Called a 3rd time and finally received a ticket number 204756 and told I would have a resolution by end of the day and that they had to pen an "investigation" claim. Called a 4th time 24 hours later only to speak with the most incompetent man ever who basically had no authority to make any decision. All I want is the shift *** taken from another package on a shelf and delivered to me- problem solved. I was told to take it back to the store to exchange and open an RMA# etc... I ordered this online to avoid dealing with a store. No wonder no one recommends your company because it's a failing business model. My customer satisfaction should have been taken care of immediately since it was an issue you the company created yourself. Maybe audit your shipments before sending!Can't wait to deal with the people at the store now. Never will I spend money here again.

Pep Boys SUCK!

I called customer service. The agent who spoke with me specifically said she was not allowed to comment on my situation... that she couldn't help me with my situation, that she couldn't look up my details... So, why is she there again? I asked for the supervisor. She said the supervisor wasn't available WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING to see if he/she was. When I mentioned this to her, she said the supervisor was never available. Well, I'm hearing impaired so I don't pick up the phone. I asked her to take my email or mailing address so we could take care of my issue. Big surprise: Pep Boys refuses to mail or email anyone. so, if you are DEAF, forget about them trying to communicate in ANY WAY besides the telephone. Some help - not! Every company I've ever contacted has been willing to work with my situation but Not Pep Boys! I WILL NEVER EVERY GO TO ANOTHER PEP BOYS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!
