I went in to the sterling heights store to have a o2 sensor installed in my car.

they didnt have the oem model in stock but the service manager said that he could get it wired and installed.

1 1/2 hours later still waiting, manager tells me that i can come in tomorrow cause he is swamped and they have a morning guy that is very good at the wiring.

next day show up and talk to other manager as soon as i show them the part they tell me no way were touching this. we will only install the oem part.

I explained what the manager the night before said and was told - well he aint here is he?

great i lost a couple hours of overtime the first and three hours of doubletime getting the run around. never again.

went online got the right part for less money and installed myself.

Monetary Loss: $250.
