Took my 2002 Honda Accord to get a heater hose replaced due to leaking. I showed the mechanic where the leak was occurring and he fixed it within 45 minutes.

I then drove about 25 miles and noticed that the car was overheating. I had to put water into the radiator just to make it to a safe location. When I parked it, I took the cap off and noticed that there was still pressure in the system. The mechanic said that he had done a pressure test on the system and that it had passed.

The only conclusion was that the mechanic had failed to fill the radiator.

The only thing that Pep Boys said was that I could have it towed to them so they can check it out and that I would have to take the responsibility for their mistake. I called them back, got the manager on the line for about 4 words and then she hung up on me.
