went to the PepBoys on Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi, on May 4, 2010 at about 2;00 p.m. stood there for thirty minutes and no one would help me.

I was going to buy four new tires and four new rims. There were employees standing around not doing anything at all. If this is a company with any pride and respect for the public, maybe you should start handing out pink slips, if not, *** the dog *** out of you. Just thought I would let you know.

Maybe he did call the 800 number and got the same "GREAT" service he got in the store. I've got something you can "whine" about right here.

yes, any national retail chain would have some bad eggs... they should be replaced in this economy, others would love to go in there and relpace them

i suggest you call the 800 number instead of just whining about it on this site
