Walked in yesterday to my local pep boys shop and i had to look for an employee since there was none by the register, i needed to get my check engine light checked, i finally found an employee and asked for his assistance. well i had to wait for him to finish his personal conversation with the cashier so he could attend my issue after 20 minutes of waiting.
All he said is that my car repair would be almost $700 ,i left the shop with no solution plus a wrong diagnostic.
I came to pep boys looking for help and what i got was some guy who clearly had no intention of helping a customer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
