I ordered Brake rotors and paid for one day delivery. Two days later called their CS line and was promised it would be here that day by 8:00.

Of course that was a lie. Finally got it the following evening but it was the wrong part. Ordered rotors for a Toyota with five lugs they sent me Puegot rotors with eight lugs. Called back and talked to some kid reading from a guide book on how to handle a frustrated customer.

I told him to ship then CORRECT rotors overnight. Talked to his unconcerned supervisor and they said they couldn’t do that because what I had ordered on their website. That infuriated me further because I KNOW what kind of vehicle I own lol.

Anyway they are sending me a return shipping label, which could take 24 to 48 hours then I have to send the French made crap back to their warehouse then they will refund my money. God only knows when that will be
