You sound ridiculous. If you talk the way you wrote no wonder the manager got annoyed at you. Use commas and periods in the future.

I took my car to Pep Boys in Montgomery across from the mail. It had stopped running and I thought it might be the fuel pump. After getting home with the van I called for a tow to the Big Ten/Pep Boys place. I began searching for fuel pumps and what would be a fair...

Pep Boys is not Peppy

I went to a Pep Boys service center, in Lombard Illinois on Roosevelt road, to get my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country van's brakes work on. I had gone to get them serviced before and they did a decent job, even when they miscalabrated my new tires in the past but fixed that problem. They claim my brakes that I had done earlier were not covered under their lifetime warranty(they were) and I had to produce the paperwork on them, which I had. They replaced the other brakes and fixed the older ones but they came back with a list of other items that my van needed fix, without showing me. I left but within a day, the brakes were acting up, along with no a/c in the van. I took it in again and a day later, they were squeaking again. I took it to another Pep Boys, in Willowbrook Ilinois on Kingery Highway(Route 83) and I sat once again and several days later, same problem, not to mention the windshield washer fluid line was pinched under the air filter they installed during the brakework/ oil change. I did finally get it fixed at Firestone, in Bolingrook Illinois. A/c is still not working, even afgter they allegedly put freon in it, offering no other help.

Pep Boys - Poor listening skills

I took my Toyota Rav 4 to Pep Boys (Woodbridge,VA). My car stalled in the lot as I drove in. I told them manager at least twice I wanted to have a new battery installed which I had bought @ the dealer. He said he would also check for the alternator.I said place the old battery in the back of car when done, When I picked up the car, the new battery was still in the car so I had to wait for it to be replaced. Perhaps if a woman were managing , there would be better listening service.

Kenneth and Adam are the two most horrible people you can ever put in a customer oriented business. They are sub-standard human beings who have no respect for smart women. They are busy talking to each other about every thing else but work and ignore the customer....
