On January/30/2021 I had oil change at pepboys #292 two days later my grandson told me had something in the lower cover hanging, went to the store they check it and showed me what was missing that they will get the oil filter cover at no charge, wait for a call in two or three days; waited a week and went back to the store, they gave some simple excuses and to wait for their call in three or four days. I waited a week and went back this time excuses were unreliable: to my perception employees believe that being old is being dumb.They said that next day they will that cover to wait for a call and that was four days ago.
This is unacceptable. I'm a retired physician and I don't remember the feeling of being ignored or played in a customer position.
User's recommendation: Very poor.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
