Staff at this Pep Boys was completely unable to replace a battery in a car. The associate eventually ended up spoiling other things in the vehicle and it couldn't start anymore.
It took Pep Boys 50 days to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle.
When they did repair the car, the service manager Derek Robinson asked that the charge be split into two..!!!
He later on tried to tow the vehicle to an undisclosed location but was caught.
He later said it was because the vehicle had been at Pep Boys for 2 months! It has been at Pep Boys for two months because you spoilt it!
Monetary Loss: $3500.
